Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Hotel Elena, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary innovation on offer. Each morning began on the sunlit terrace, where the buffet presented an array of flavors, from rich cheeses to freshly baked pastries that highlighted local craftsmanship. As an archaeologist with a keen passion for cultural experiences, I appreciated the carefully curated selection that pays homage to the region's culinary heritage. One afternoon, I ventured to the adjacent Ristorante Bar Orizzonte, where the ambiance perfectly complemented the delicious meal. The staff, including Sabrina and Franco, were attentive yet unobtrusive, making the dining experience all the more enjoyable. It felt as though they genuinely wanted to share the flavors of their hometown, from the recognizable focaccia to delightful seafood offerings. The location was particularly convenient, just a short walk to the beach and various charming eateries.
